Your payroll adds up —
before you run it
Closing the month is where mistakes cost money. HR PLUS calculates Surinamese wage tax using your own brackets and checks the hours before a single payslip is created.
A pay period running the 23rd to the 22nd? No problem.
Configurable per companyThe start day of your pay period is configurable from 1 to 28. All hours, leave, bonus and salary calculations follow that period — not the calendar month. Exactly where international HR software falls over.
Brackets you manage yourself
Rates, bracket limits, the tax-free allowance and standard professional costs live in the system — not in the code. Rates change? You create a new version with an effective date; the old one is preserved unchanged.
Overtime taxed separately
Overtime runs through its own bracket schedule and is excluded from the base for the regular rate — exactly as the regulation prescribes.
Reproducible to the cent
The full calculation is stored on the payslip itself. If rates change next year, last year's payslip stays exactly the same. Every rate change is recorded in the log.
Encrypted on the way out
The payslip PDF in the email is protected with the employee's date of birth. A forwarded or intercepted email with salary data stays unreadable.
